Aviora consultation chair under a starfield ceiling

First visit · FAQ

What to expect, answered honestly.

Booking, downtime, results, candidacy — the questions every patient asks before their first visit, with answers that don't dodge.

Your first visit

A consultation, not a treatment.

When you arrive at Aviora, you'll be greeted in a quiet, considered space — we're a boutique clinic, recently opened, and we keep our schedule unhurried by design. Your first visit always begins with a consultation. One of our doctors will sit with you, ask about your skin and what you'd like to address, and walk you through any options that genuinely fit. If you decide to proceed the same day, we can often accommodate that. If you'd rather think it over, that's welcomed too.

Frequently asked

Eight honest answers.

What happens during my first visit?

Your first appointment is a consultation. We talk through your skin history, concerns, and goals before recommending anything. If a treatment is suitable and you'd like to proceed the same day, we can often do so — but there's no pressure to.

Will there be downtime?

It depends on the treatment. Facials and skin boosters usually have little to no downtime, while lasers and Morpheus8 may leave skin red or sensitive for a few days. We'll tell you exactly what to expect before you book.

Does it hurt?

Most treatments involve mild discomfort rather than pain. We use topical numbing for injectables and energy-based treatments, and our injectors are trained in techniques that minimise sensation. We'll always check in with you during the procedure.

When will I see results?

Facials and skin boosters often show a glow within days. Botox typically settles over 7–14 days. Collagen-stimulating treatments like Morpheus8 and Ultraformer build gradually over 8–12 weeks as your skin remodels.

Is your pricing transparent?

Yes. We share pricing during your consultation, in writing, before any treatment begins. There are no hidden fees, and we won't recommend treatments you don't need.

Where do I park?

We're located at Greenwich Business Park D19 in Tangerang, with parking available on site. Send us a message on WhatsApp if you'd like directions before your visit.

Am I a good candidate?

That's exactly what your consultation is for. Some treatments aren't suitable during pregnancy, with certain medications, or for specific skin conditions, and we'll be honest if something isn't right for you.

What should I do before and after?

Avoid blood-thinning supplements and alcohol for 24 hours before injectables, and arrive with clean skin. Aftercare depends on the treatment, and we'll send you written notes so nothing is left to memory.

After your treatment

Three windows, three things to expect.

Same day

Mild redness, slight swelling, or warmth at treatment sites is normal and usually settles within hours. Keep the area clean, avoid heat and heavy exercise, and skip makeup over injection points until the next morning.

First week

Sensitivity, light bruising, or texture changes can appear and resolve gradually over several days. Contact us promptly if you notice spreading redness, increasing pain, or anything that feels outside what we discussed.

Going forward

Most treatments show their full result between two and twelve weeks, depending on the protocol. We'll follow up to review your response and refine the plan if needed — your skin is allowed to evolve, and so is your treatment.

Booking & cancellation

Gentle on both ends.

Appointments are booked through WhatsApp at +62 821-2025-520, where we'll confirm a time and hold the slot for you. If something comes up, a message at least 24 hours ahead lets us offer the slot to someone else — no fees, no awkwardness. We'd rather you reschedule than rush.

Ready when you are
